What is Going on in iEARN ?

Beginner’s Workshop at  El Sadat City School

This Year , El Sadat City School has joined the iEARN Egypt Community.  A beginners training workshop was held  for three days from 3rd September to 5th September at the school , It was an introduction about iEARN and what is iEARN, how to use iEARN forums, how to lead a team, start and finalize a project.

The workshop was facilitated by Mr. El Gohary Helal El Gohary and Ms. Ghada Fathy El Degwey, about 35 teachers from the school attended the workshop.

Win Your Right

Win your Right training  was held in collaboration with AEHRO Group from 8^th to 11^th September, 2007, at Flamenco Hotel, Zamalek.  It was training to teachers to be trainers, about democracy, citizenship and How to run debates.

Those teachers , after having this training , will be responsible for training other teachers and transmitting the information they gained out the work shop.

The teachers will be divided into teams , having debates that is broadcasted on Television. The winner team will be having its final with a team from an Arab Country.

Ramadan Packing’s Collaborative Project

The Project was a  collaborative project between iEARN and Rotary Club of Giza Cosmopolitan for packing bags for Ramadan. It took place at Nefertari Language schools on the 8^th of September. IEARN participated with 10 Volunteers to help in the packing  of More than 300 Boxes  to be distributed amongst the poor regions in Giza and Fayoum.
