Global Youth Service Day (GYSD) is an annual global event organized by Youth Service America and the Global Youth Action Network, together with a consortium of 32 International Organizations and well over 100 National Coordinating Committees that celebrates, recognizes, and mobilizes.
In collaboration with People to People, Modern Education School and American Embassy in Cairo; iEARN Egypt had the pleasure to make it possible for 45 children from Resala Orphanage, Toufoulaty Center for street kids to enjoy different activities throughout the day. In addition Abbas El Akkad Experimental Language School participated in the event to share experiences and learn from the different community services activities that Modern Education School handles. This activity was sponsored by MacDonald's.
