After ten successful years of joint projects in Science and Technology between Egypt and the United States of America; Dr. Paula Dobriansky, Undersecretary of State for Democracy and Global Affairs, and His Excellency Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Minister of Higher Education and State for Scientific Research, signed the Renewal of the U.S. – Egypt Science and Technology cooperation Agreement for another 5 years.
