- Capacity Building Training Program every summer to recruit new SBoard Members.
- Mid-Year Training Program for Brilliant iEARNers all over Egypt usually in Mid-year vacation.
- Local Projects Conference to allow all iEARNers to get connected together.
- Other conferences and Trainings according to the need of students.
- School visits to iEARN Schools for follow-up and giving sessions.
